Corte Madera Concrete - Effective January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at cortemaderaconcrete.com and any services provided by Corte Madera Concrete ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request our services.
Questions about these Terms may be directed to us at quotes@cortemaderaconcrete.com or (628) 212-4120.
By using our website, submitting a contact or estimate request form, or entering into a written agreement for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all customers who retain our services.
Corte Madera Concrete is a licensed concrete contracting company based in Corte Madera, CA. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, retaining walls, sidewalks, pool decks, steps, and decorative concrete. Services are performed in Corte Madera and surrounding communities in Marin County and the San Francisco Bay Area.
All services are subject to a written project agreement executed between the Company and the customer prior to the start of work. The written agreement governs the specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project and takes precedence over any general descriptions on our website.
Estimates provided by Corte Madera Concrete - whether provided verbally, in writing, or through our website - are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit and information provided by the customer. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final, binding price is established only through a written project agreement signed by both parties.
Prices may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the customer requests changes to the scope of work, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins (such as buried debris, unexpected soil conditions, or unmarked utilities). We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Project start dates are subject to permit approval timelines, weather conditions, and scheduling availability. We will communicate any schedule changes to you as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits paid toward a project may be non-refundable if work preparation has already begun, including permit applications filed, materials ordered, or crew time reserved. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be set forth in your written agreement.
Payment terms are established in the written project agreement for each job. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in your project agreement.
Payments not received by the due date specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late fee. If a balance remains unpaid after written notice, we reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means, including filing a mechanics lien on the property where services were performed, as permitted under California law.
Where required, Corte Madera Concrete will obtain building permits from the relevant local authority (such as the Town of Corte Madera or applicable county agency) prior to beginning work. Permit fees will be itemized in the project agreement. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any known HOA restrictions, property easements, or other limitations affecting the project before work begins.
All work is performed in compliance with applicable California building codes and local ordinances. Inspections required by the permitting authority are included as part of the permitted scope of work.
Corte Madera Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in conformance with applicable industry standards. Any warranty coverage specific to your project - including duration and scope - will be described in your written project agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, acts of nature, tree root intrusion, ground movement beyond normal seasonal variation, or modifications made to the work by anyone other than Corte Madera Concrete. Concrete is a natural material that may develop hairline cracks over time; surface hairline cracking is generally considered a normal characteristic of concrete and is not covered under workmanship warranty unless it is structural in nature.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corte Madera Concrete's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to property not directly caused by our work. Some states do not permit limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages; the above limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time, without notice, for any reason.

We encourage customers to contact us directly at quotes@cortemaderaconcrete.com if any issue arises with our services. We will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve any dispute promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. If mediation fails, any unresolved claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Corte Madera, California, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of this website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
